THE CHALLENGE
The hot sauce category has become visually repetitive. Dark labels. Flames. Skulls. Aggressive typography. Most brands compete by claiming to be hotter than the last one, making it increasingly difficult to create a memorable identity.
The challenge was simple:
How do we create a hot sauce brand people remember,
before they even taste it?
OUR APPROACH
Instead of designing another “extreme” hot sauce, we positioned Peppa Please as a lifestyle brand. A brand that celebrates confidence, personality and everyday rituals around food. The product isn’t about surviving the spice.
It’s about elevating the moment.
