Hummey Honey Branding & Packaging

Hummey is a conceptual honey brand built around locally sourced, sustainably harvested honey with a collection of four distinctive flavors: Pure, Citrus, Smoky, and Spiced. Rather than reinventing honey itself, the project explores how thoughtful branding and packaging can transform one of nature’s oldest sweeteners into something playful, contemporary, and full of personality. We developed a warm, expressive identity inspired by the friendly character of bumble bees. A logo balancing soft curves with the clean geometry of honeycombs is paired with a custom mascot, rounded jar silhouettes, and a bold striped graphic system derived from bees’ distinctive markings. Warm, vibrant colors give each flavor its own personality while creating a cohesive product family.
