PRAGMATA influencer Kit

Fluid and Capcom’s latest masterpiece: a special edition influencer kit dubbed “one of the most insane ever created.”

This global, ultra-limited edition influencer kit was designed and produced by Fluid specifically as a direct-to-influencer and press kit to celebrate the launch of Capcom’s smash hit videogame PRAGMATA. 

The objective was to go beyond standard PR collateral and deliver a true showstopper – a physical, narrative-driven, theatrical experience designed to be unboxed, shared, and amplified by creators and industry press.

The kit was designed using PRAGMATA’s internal logic of AI systems, controlled information, and staged discovery, which became the foundation for an AI-led unboxing experience built around progressive reveals and structured interaction.

At its centre is a lunar research-inspired LED display case, supported by a layered “Secret Box” system that acts as both packaging and interface. Informational graphics guide the experience as an in-world AI presence, controlling pacing and reveal.

Each element was designed as a physical translation of game systems, with sealed compartments, layered access, and artefact-like objects. Collectible items and creative tools were treated as in-world materials rather than merchandise, reinforcing immersion.

A programmable digital device extends the experience beyond unboxing, allowing recipients to view narrative content and reuse it for their own outputs, turning the kit into a lasting functional object.



Delivered under a tight timeline, the project required seamless project management from concept to engineering, fabrication and delivery. The result is a PR and influencer kit that operates as both seeding tool and a narrative extension of PRAGMATA, designed to generate attention and immerse recipients in the game world in an interactive, theatrical way.
